My name is Harumi Mima, I’m an artist aspiring to be a scientist. As both my parents are artists I’ve been drawing since a very young age and it was only natural for me to think that I would follow their footsteps. It was at the age of 18 that I started diving and fell in love with the ocean. I wanted to know more about the creatures that live in it, study about them and interact with them. I was lucky as the institution I have studied in, Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education gave me the opportunity of taking interest in both the fields, the arts and the sciences.
